I have done the aloe vera clean and lean diet twice. I have lost 6 kgr in 9 days after drinking plenty of forever living aloe. After the first 2 days, it has been very easy to follow the diet. I swallow 2 garcinia tablets before meals, replace 2 meals with a protein shake and have a light dinner. To give me energy I chew 6 bee pollen tablets a day. I am feeling very well and my skin has improved so much. Now I am taking only 2 garcinia and one shake, drink aloe twice a day and exercise every day. It is a wonderful way to control your weight. After trying so many diet before I am pleased to detox and lose weight at the same time
